- Royalty contract editing – new features to copy rules more easily from existing contracts
- Error-flagging – more details on missing information when calculating royalties
- Multi-title royalty contracts – now includes a contract name/description for better statement headers
- Cross-collateralization – new feature to link contracts and automatically cross-collateralize unearned advances & royalties
and new graphs for analyzing your sales.
If you have questions about new features or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
We are also happy to assist with any challenges you may encounter during the upcoming season – such as new formats or new royalty terms, sales reports from new distributors, multiple currencies, reserves or other complex issues. It is always easier to work through the process in advance, so feel free to send us any ‘how-to’ questions.
Also let us know if you would like help setting up the automated email feature for sending out your royalty statements by email; and if you have not yet tried our Royalty Portal, you may wish to evaluate its functionalities and determine if it suits your needs for future statement distribution (contact us to set up a Royalty Portal trial for up to 5 beneficiaries at no charge).
